Prepare your family for winter, visit the Girls at Rings Road Dispensary. An amazing range of natural medicines and sound advice to support your body's natural healing processes. The dispensary grows many of its own herbs to use and will mix tonics customised for you. They also run courses in the properties of herbs, harvesting and growing your own remedial plants.
How to turn Plants into Remedies – Medicine Making Classes 9.30 – 11am at Rings Rd Herbal Dispensary on May 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th. Harvesting and processing herbs from the farm to make infusions – decoctions – oils – vinegars –tinctures – ointments and creams. $10 class includes remedies to take home. Please bring pencil, pen, paper, folder, and scissors or secateurs.
Anusara Seith-Fyr – ph 866 7206, working as a birth doula offering individual support and counselling for pregnancy and childbirth. Anusara is available at the Dispensary on Wednesdays 2 – 4pm.
Natives from Geoff’s nursery – we have a wonderful range of native trees & shrubs, including larger trees and medicinal natives, for sale at the Dispensary.
We now have medicinal plants for the herb garden on display at the Dispensary – ph Debbie 866 8722. Range includes Valerian, St John’s Wort, Dong Quai, Stevia.
