Hands On - Get involved and make something yourself During the Arts Tour you can participate in a number of hands on mini workshops, spend 5 minutes or an hour - it's up to you. you can contribute to a Japanese style Saori banner, sculpt some clay, paint local rocks with a range of paints, and add your own glaze colors to a large ceramic platter to be fired and displayed after the tour. The Secret Garden Uli's house and garden are open for the Arts Tour. You will be welcome inside the house, a historic kauri villa where new sculptures by Uli Christoffersen and paintings by Richard Chrisp will be on display. Then explore the fascinating garden with its native trees, wildflowers, hideaways sculptures and waterlilly ponds.
