I started painting with an art group 14 years ago, but I am one of those people who paints best when quietly on my own.I will be forever thankful to the group for getting me going. I create art works that represents all nature has given us to look at , the mountains,sea, birds and flowers. Coromandel is a painters paradise. I sell-some of my art at art galleries. I have an art exhibition with my daughter Judy Rowe at Hauraki House gallery once a year, and to people who visit me at home. Our garden is full of Tuis all year round,so visitors who call enjoy the sea views from the terrace, and watch the Tuis coming in to drink at the feeders we provide for them.
